Both Glassworks Amsterdam and London worked on this new
series of films for Adidas, alongside agency 180 and production
company Stink.
The "Adidas Originals" worldwide campaign will be aired
over many media platforms, including TV, cinema and online
and offered Stink directors a chance to show off their talents
in five three minute films for the famous sportswear brand.
Glassworks worked on the post for all five films, but their
greatest input was required on "Adi Dassler", a carefully
constructed stop frame animation telling the story of the
brand's founder, directed by Martin Krejci. Duncan employed
a technique in Flame to smooth out any jerkiness or staggered
feel resulting from the style of animation. Added to this
were screen and photograph placements and even the addition
of coffee to a cup.
All five films were cleaned up and graded at HD resolution,
with "Adi Dassler" being shot at 2K.
